    • Online Manuals:  A step by step user guide to introduce the main features of the products.

    • Knowledge Base: The online documentation center where you could find all publicly available information on our products.

    • Email Support: You can contact our technical and sales teams via email to receive the professional assistance. The email support is available for 24 x 7. Please contact vip@easeus.com and the dedicated support engineers will reply you in 5 hours.

    • Dedicated Support Engineer: The dedicated support engineers will be responsible for direct assistance and guidance through all support related issues. A Support Supervisor will track the progress of your inquiry and as needed engage all appropriate specialists, making sure that your requirements are being met in a timely manner.
    • LiveChat: Access online chat to receive instant support. Our Technical LiveChat is available for 24 x 5 (from UCT+8 Monday through Friday). If it is not available when you request a LiveChat support, please send us an offline message and you will be contacted by one of our technical support engineers within couple of hours.

    • Remote assistanceIf the problem is too complicated to slove, we can help you with the remote assistance. Our professional support will ask you for your permission and connect to your machines to take care of all your problems. You could start the remote request by Email Support or LiveChat.

    • Phone Support: We offer free 800 number for North American users and Skype for international users, if you require a telephone support. Both available for 13 x 5 (from 9:00 to 22:00 UCT+8 Monday through Friday), please describe your problem in an accurate and detailed manner so that our support could assist you in the shortest possible time.
